Rain

Just another fine rainy day in the Ohio Valley. Glad I live up on high ground. But still lookin' for a shanty houseboat.

CARB!

Well there goes another month living or I should say stranded here in the Bluegrass! With the fuel prices goin' up and up. My ol' carburetor sucking up gas and leaking it out of the seats. It's gonna run around 500-600 bucks for a new carb and to install. I don't touch carbs. I learned that way back in 1972, when I watched my 1962 Plymouth Valiant ragtop vurn to the ground. After that I won't fool with a carb. Well another month stranded in the Ohio Valley with all the allergy problems. I already got over a bout with allergies and sinus problems. First time it hit me hard, that means it's gonna be a rough Spring and hotter and more humid Summer. Gotta get back West real quick.
